$100 PER HOUR
**Full schedule and budget to be determined at first meeting .
*add-ons can be discussed such as centerpiece design, balloon arches, etc. for an additional fee
Includes but is not limited to:
Full event set up with 1-2 people
Unlimited correspondence to discuss details & events of the day
1 to 2 virtual or in person meetings to discuss details
Vendor coordination day of event
(i.e. venue, cake / desserts, flowers and linens)
LEVEL TWO
ALL DAY COORDINATOR & SET-UP
$2,000 PER EVENT
**FLAT PLANNER FEE: all vendors and items are paid for directly by client.
*$50 per vendor add-ons for specialties (i.e. photo booth, childcare coordination, caterer, bartender, balloons, etc.)
Includes but is not limited to:
Full event set up with 2 people
Unlimited correspondence to discuss details & events of the day
1 to 2 virtual or in person meetings to discuss details
Vendor coordination day of event (venue, cake / desserts, flowers, linens, venue, photographer, videographer, & DJ)
*$50 per vendor pre-event coordination add-on for specialties
(i.e. photo booth, childcare, caterer, bartender, balloons, etc.)
Start to finish assistance to assure everything goes to plan on day of event.
Guaranteed 8 hours.
LEVEL THREE
COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING
$6,000 PER EVENT

Vendor coordination day of event (venue, cake / desserts, flowers, linens, venue, photographer, videographer, & DJ)

Start to finish assistance to assure everything goes to plan on day of event.
Guaranteed 10 hours.
Full event planning from start to finish.
(Can include but not limited to: vendor searches, DIY help, budget planning, scheme brainstorming, etc.)
**NOTE: If there is assistance needed that doesn't fit within one of these packages, we are always open for discussion! We want to be sure you are excited and relaxed about your upcoming event, so we are happy to take on additional tasks.
